Letters From My Therapist (LFMT)

1. About the Service

Letters From My Therapist (LFMT) is a subscription-based emotional wellness and reflective writing service.

LFMT provides:

Written letters intended for emotional support, reassurance, reflection, and self-awareness
Non-clinical, non-diagnostic, non-therapeutic content

LFMT does not provide:

Psychological diagnosis
Medical or psychiatric treatment
One-to-one psychotherapy or counseling (include in 4999 package if required by the client or if pitched by the organization due to identification of some emotional or psychological issue based on the disclosure b the client in any conversation)
Crisis intervention services

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Letter From My Therapist is not a substitute for:

Professional mental health care
Therapy, counseling, or psychiatric treatment
Emergency or crisis services

If you are experiencing:

Severe emotional distress
Thoughts of self-harm or harm to others
A mental health emergency

You are advised to seek immediate professional help from a licensed mental health professional or local emergency services (The same may be suggested by one of our therapists if needed)

3. Eligibility

By using Letters From My Therapist, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You are using the service voluntarily
You understand the nature and limitations of the service

LFMT is not intended for minors.

4. Nature of the Letters

Letters may be general, themed, or semi-personalised, depending on the plan selected
Letters are based on psychological principles, reflective writing, and emotional wellness frameworks
Letters are not tailored therapy sessions

Tone, content, and themes are curated to offer emotional holding space, not advice or diagnosis.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payment

Letters From My Therapist is offered as a paid subscription
Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise
Payments must be made in advance
Subscription benefits are valid only for the paid duration

Ofbeatt Psychology reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Delivery of Physical Letters

Physical letters are dispatched to the address provided by the user
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier, or postal services
Ofbeatt Psychology is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events

Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalised and consumable nature of the service:

No refunds are provided once a letter has been written, printed, or dispatched
Subscription cancellations will apply only to future billing cycles, not the current cycle
No refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Emotional expectations not being met
- Delays beyond reasonable control

Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ofbeatt Psychology.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the service
Expect clinical treatment or diagnosis
Share or reproduce letters for commercial purposes without permission
Use the service for unlawful purposes

9. Intellectual Property
